Terroir and winemaking-

Clairette de Die thrives in the sunny conditions of the Drôme Valley, sheltered by the foothills of the Vercors, where it has been established as an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1942.
The vineyard is made up of chalky clay soil and small plots, rising to some 700m above sea level.
The rarity of the Cuvée Icône comes from the quality of the har- vested grapes, and meticulous hand-picking.
The care given to the winemaking by our winemaker, and our cellar master complete this exceptional cuvée.
Numbered, limited edition, the Cuvée Icône is the quintessential of our vineyard.
This wine is vinified by the Méthode Ancestrale.

Food pairing-
This wine is ideal as an aperitif, or makes the perfect match for a chocolate crème brulée.
